Plastic cleaner is able to dissolve various impurities and damage caused by the degradation of plastic, most often due to UV radiation. The plastic is being permanently damaged by the sun and the mentioned UV radiation, the surface is oxidizing. It turns yellow, later in the extreme case even black, and the layer of the destroyed plastic surface can be measured in micrometers. Since the surface of the plastic is very porous, various impurities and grease that stick to it can easily get into its structure. According to the degree of surface damage, we divide the method of cleaning into chemical and chemical-mechanical.
Volume: 100 ml
Sufficient for area of 6-20 m2.
Apply Nano Clean Plastic to the cloth and start cleaning the affected area. It is quite easy to remove the dirt from plastic, the original color is restored. If any smudges remain on the surface, by repeated cleaning you will be able to clean the surface to its original condition.
In case of extreme pollution, resp. surface degradation, we must use a chemical-mechanical method. Apply Nano Clean Plastic to 240-400 grit sandpaper (start with a finer one and if it works, don't use coarser) and clean the surface to its original shape by applying pressure in a circular motion to the damaged area. A kind of sticky structure is forming on the surface - a paste, which must be continuously removed by wiping off by cloth with Nano Clean Plastic. With this method, the consumption of Nano Clean Plastic is significantly higher than whilst doing normal cleaning.
Finally, after both cleaning methods, the surface must be properly degreased with Nano Clean Surface. This prepares the surface for application of the Nano Protect Plastic polish.
